Pumpkin Chili
Today I made Pumpkin Chili, I took these photos of the process.
3/4 lb. ground lean beef
1 chorizo sausage (casing removed)
1 large onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained
2 (28 oz.) cans diced tomatoes, with juice
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon basaltic vinegar
